Education:

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Post Graduate in Accounting or Finance; CA/ CPA highly preferred.

Must Have Skills:

Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Business Partnering

Financial Analysis, Advanced Excel, Anaplan, BI/Reporting Tools

Good to Have

- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
- Communicating with various stakeholders effectively, asking the right questions to understand the actual reasons for variance and writing effective commentary




- Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools

- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
