- Manage procurement processes from purchase planning to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and resolving issues as needed.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, storage, and disposal of surplus or obsolete items.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize purchasing decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 6-15 years of experience in procurement management in the chemicals industry.
- Solid knowledge of purchase operations, purchase planning, and purchase vendor development.
- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to build strong relationships with vendors.
- Proven track record of improving supply chain efficiency through process improvements.
