Job Summary:

The NAPS Trainee will support manufacturing and assembly operations in the production line while learning industry-standard processes, quality systems, and safety practices. The trainee will work under the guidance of supervisors and gain hands-on experience in automotive manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in assembly and production activities on the manufacturing line.
- Operate machines and equipment as per work instructions and safety guidelines.
- Perform basic quality checks and visual inspections of components.
- Support material handling, packing, and line-feeding activities.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S standards.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
- Report quality issues, machine abnormalities, and safety concerns to supervisors.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Meet daily production targets and productivity requirements.
- Participate in training programs and skill development activities.

Required Qualifications:

- BE, Diploma,



Arts and Science candidates may also be considered based on requirements.
- Freshers are preferred.
- Basic reading, writing, and communication skills.

Skills Required:

- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Positive discipline and attendance record.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of tools and production processes is an added advantage.

Work Workplace:

- Automotive manufacturing and assembly shop floor.
- Rotational shift work.
- Standing and repetitive work may be required.
- Mandatory adherence to safety and quality standards.

- Monthly stipend 18000 - 23000 / Month
