Roles and Responsibilities

- Assistant Manager / Manage AR operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of accounts receivable transactions.

- Oversee a team responsible for AR calling, physician billing, hospital billing, and AR voice services.

- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors in AR operations.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to patient payments and account discrepancies.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for US healthcare revenue cycle management.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Solid understanding of Epic Systems (EPIC) software application used for medical billing purposes.

- 10-15 years of experience in AR Operations or similar role in the US Healthcare domain.

- Proven track record of managing teams effectively to achieve operational excellence goals.

- Shift Timing - 5pm to 2am / 6.30pm to 3.30pm
