Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the operations team to achieve operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, TQM, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that drive business results.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
Job Requirements :
- 10-20 years of experience in port operations or terminal management.
- Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies (Kaizen).
- Experience with Total Quality Management (TQM) systems implementation.
- Proven track record of achieving operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives.
