The Role You will work alongside our Senior Specialists and Customer Success teams, learning to coordinate resources and ensure a welcoming experience for new clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Logistics: Assist in planning and scheduling HIMS software deployment activities.
- Co-Lead Orientations: Help facilitate training sessions to introduce client staff to system workflows.
- Manage Documentation: Assist clients with required implementation paperwork and basic system configurations.
- Learn Setup & Compliance: Support technical IT setup while learning critical healthcare standards.
- Multi Lingual English, Hindi, Kannada , Tamil and Telugu (any 3 languages is preferred)

Education:

- Recent graduate with a Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Dot Net, HTML, CSS, SQL, ANGULAR
- Exceptional communication, eagerness to learn, and solid organizational skills.

Basic familiarity with CRMs and a strong desire to master HIMS/EHR platforms
