Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Service Maintenance Department

Ensure all preventive maintenance, breakdown calls, callbacks, and emergency services are completed on time

Monitor technician productivity and optimize daily service schedules

Ensure compliance with company service standards and safety procedures

Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all elevators under AMC and warranty

Ensure every maintenance visit is completed as per the approved service checklist

Monitor service quality and identify recurring issues before they become major failures

Improve elevator uptime and reliability through proactive maintenance

Ensure prompt response to customer complaints and emergency breakdown calls

Monitor response time (RT) and resolution time (TAT) to meet company service KPIs

Coordinate with technicians to minimize elevator downtime

Handle critical customer escalations and ensure complete resolution

Lead, train, mentor, and evaluate Service Engineers, Supervisors, Site Coordinators, and Technicians

Conduct regular technical and safety training sessions

Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance

Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

Maintain strong relationships with AMC and warranty customers





Conduct regular customer visits to ensure service satisfaction

Resolve escalated customer complaints professionally

Improve customer retention and renewal rates

Monitor AMC renewals and coordinate with the sales team for timely renewals

Ensure warranty obligations are fulfilled according to company policies

Support the sales team in generating maintenance business opportunities

Review service contracts and recommend service improvements

Coordinate with Stores and Purchase departments for spare parts availability

Monitor spare parts consumption and maintain optimum inventory

Approve material requirements for maintenance and repairs

Reduce repeat visits through effective spare parts planning

Ensure all maintenance work complies with company quality standards and applicable safety regulations

Conduct service audits and field inspections

Ensure technicians use appropriate PPE and follow protected work practices

Monitor compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
