We're looking for a seasoned hospitality skilled to head operations across our group of properties in Chennai. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can drive revenue growth, build robust operating systems, and raise service standards group-wide.
Preferred candidate profile
Own day-to-day operations across all properties Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance
Drive revenue and business growth through sales initiatives, TA/agent relationships, and occupancy strategies
Design and implement SOPs across departments; standardize service quality group-wide
Build systems for performance tracking, cost control, and operational reporting
Lead, train, and performance-manage property-level teams (FOMs, supervisors, dept heads)
Coordinate with GM/senior management on strategy, budgets, and expansion plans
