The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing and hiring professionals across engineering and manufacturing functions through various job portals and networking channels while ensuring timely closures.

Required Skills

- 2-5 years of experience in lateral recruitment, preferably in a recruitment consultancy.
- Hands-on experience hiring for Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive, Industrial, Heavy Engineering, EPC, or Industrial Automation domains.
- Strong expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray Search, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Excellent resume screening and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience handling multiple positions simultaneously.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of recruitment metrics and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
