Job Description:

The role requires leadership in defining, implementing, and monitoring IT control processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid attention to detail and the ability to identify and implement process improvements, as well as the ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Certification: Mandatory AAPC Certification (CPC/COC/CIC or equivalent).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- 1517 years of overall experience in Medical Coding and Revenue Cycle Management.
- Mandatory AAPC certification with a strong understanding of coding compliance and industry standards.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale operations with a team size of 150200+ FTEs.
- Extensive multispecialty coding experience, including:
- Evaluation & Management (E&M;)
- Surgery (Major and Minor Procedures)
- Denials Management and Resolution

- Strong domain expertise across coding operations, billing workflows, and revenue cycle processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact directly with clients/customers and senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management, operational governance, and service delivery.




- Hands-on experience in:

- Transition Management
- Process Migration and Stabilization
- Revenue Optimization Initiatives
- Productivity and Quality Management
- Workforce Planning and Performance Management

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end coding and RCM operations for multispecialty accounts.
- Drive operational excellence, quality, productivity, and SLA compliance.
- Manage client communications, governance meetings, and business reviews.
- Lead transitions, process improvements, and revenue enhancement initiatives.
- Mentor and develop large teams while ensuring employee engagement and retention.
- Ensure coding accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational and financial objectives.
