Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Power Platform + UiPath Developer to design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building workflow automations, robotic process automation (RPA) solutions, and business applications to improve operational efficiency and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Develop and maintain Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps).
- Create automated workflows using Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows.
- Build and manage UiPath Robots, Orchestrator Processes, and Reusable Components.
- Integrate Power Platform and UiPath solutions with enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, SharePoint, and other business systems.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into scalable automation solutions.
- Perform unit testing, UAT support, deployment, and post-production support.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize automation workflows.
- Ensure adherence to security, governance, and best practices for Power Platform and UiPath implementations.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams.

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath development.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
- Experience in end-to-end automation delivery lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
- Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
- UiPath Certified Professional Associate (UiRPA)
- UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification

Nice to Have

- Experience with AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Generative AI integrations.
- Exposure to Azure Services and Azure DevOps.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
