Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

- 3+ Years of hands-on Appian Development
- Strong expertise in Appian Designer & SAIL
- Experience with Process Models, Records, Interfaces, Sites & Decision Rules
- Solid understanding of BPMN & Case Management
- Experience in REST/SOAP API Integrations
- Appian Certified Associate Developer (ACAD)
- Agile/Scrum Development Experience
- Excellent Communication Skills

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop,



and enhance enterprise-grade Appian BPM applications
- Build scalable workflows, user interfaces, records, and case management solutions
- Develop integrations with enterprise systems and external APIs
- Support deployments, production releases, and application maintenance
- Optimize application performance and ensure platform stability
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and Business Analysts in Agile teams
- Mentor team members and contribute to technical best practices

Qualification
