- Design and implement end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) solutions using Zuora CPQ and Zuora Billing.
- Configure product catalogs, product rate plans, pricing models, and quote templates.
- Develop and customize Zuora CPQ using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and SOQL.
- Configure subscription lifecycle processes including new subscriptions, amendments, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations.
- Build and support integrations between Zuora, Salesforce, and external enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize application performance.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in solution design, effort estimation, and release planning.




- Ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and quality processes.

Required Skills

- 58 years of IT experience with strong expertise in Zuora CPQ.
- Hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.
- Strong knowledge of Product Catalog, Product Rate Plans, Rate Plan Charges, Orders, and Subscription Management.
- Experience with Salesforce development using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flows.
- Experience integrating Zuora with Salesforce and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Positive understanding of subscription billing, recurring billing, usage-based billing, and pricing models.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
