Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive (CA Inter) to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in accounting, statutory compliance, and financial operations. The role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and auditors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the finalization of accounts for an assigned business entity.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during statutory and tax audits.
- Ensure timely and accurate GST compliance, including return filing and reconciliations.
- Handle fixed asset accounting, capitalization, depreciation, and asset register maintenance.
- Process and monitor project-related payments.
- Manage operational overhead payments for the assigned business entity.




- Prepare bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Maintain accounting records in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Support management by preparing MIS reports and financial data as required.

Desired Skills:

- Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of GST and statutory compliances.
- Experience in fixed asset accounting and audit coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software (SAP/Tally/Oracle or similar).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- CA Inter (Qualified/Appeared).
- 24 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Chennai are encouraged to apply.
