Hiring Live Underwriter (US Residential Mortgage)

Location: Chennai ,pune

Salary: Up to 10 LPA

Experience: 2+ years (US Residential Mortgage in Live UW – Mandatory)

Relieving Letter: Mandatory

Notice Period: immediate joiners

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform live underwriting for US residential mortgage loans

• Review income, assets, and appraisal documents

• Assess risk and ensure compliance with guidelines

Required Skills:

• Experience in live underwriting (US Residential Mortgage) – Mandatory

• Strong understanding of 4C’s: Credit, Capacity, Capital & Collateral

• Expertise in income, asset & appraisal review

• Positive analytical and decision-making skills

Eligibility:

* Any Graduate (with relevant experience)

* South Indian Candidates, and candidate whoever working in south india only eligible to apply.

Note:

Candidates with US Commercial Mortgage or irrelevant experience are not eligible.
