Effective operation in a 247 support model with rotating shifts
Monitor production data pipelines on a 247 basisPerform initial incident triage and severity classification
Execute documented runbooks and standard recovery procedures
Maintain incident communications, ticket updates, and status reporting
Escalate unresolved incidents to Level 2 with relevant diagnostic context
