Ready to lead the testing journey of a large-scale Trade Finance Digital Transformation initiative?

We're looking for an experienced Senior Test Lead who can drive quality, mentor teams, and ensure seamless delivery across banking platforms.

Key Requirements:
8+ years of QA/Testing experience in Banking
Robust expertise in Trade Finance products LCs, BGs, Bills & Trade Loans
Hands-on experience in Functional, Integration, Regression & UAT Testing
Deep understanding of SWIFT messaging & ICC standards
Experience with API Testing, JIRA/ALM, and Defect Management




Exposure to Temenos T24 & Newgen Workflow platforms is highly preferred
Proven experience leading test teams and managing end-to-end test delivery

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Expertise in test strategy, planning & quality governance
Experience in complex banking integrations and digital platforms
Ability to drive successful releases with zero critical production defects
