About the Role

Blackstraw Technologies is looking for a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions for enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end ML development, mentor engineering teams, and deliver production-ready AI applications leveraging Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable ML and AI solutions.
- Build and deploy predictive models, deep learning models, and GenAI applications.
- Develop RAG pipelines, AI Agents, semantic search, and recommendation systems.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and MLOps teams for production deployments.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's Engineering degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
- 815+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and AI engineering.
- Experience leading enterprise AI projects and mentoring technical teams.
