Role & responsibilities:

- Process end-to-end payroll using ADP.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
- Support AP/AR activities and maintain accurate financial records.
- Utilize NetSuite for financial transactions and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with payroll policies and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve payroll and payment-related issues.

Required Qualifications:

- 25+ years of experience in Payroll and Accounts Payable (AP/AP-AR).
- Hands-on experience with ADP, NetSuite, Payroll, and Accounts Payable (AP/AP-AR).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and payroll processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced corporate setting.
