- Monitor and manage IBMS/BMS operations for HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and utility systems.
- Ensure 24/7 availability and smooth functioning of all integrated building systems.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with vendors and internal teams.
- Analyze system alarms, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement initiatives for energy optimization.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with tenants regarding system-related concerns and service requests.
- Manage AMCs, vendor performance, and service level compliance.
- Support emergency response activities and business continuity procedures
