Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Installation of Imported packaging machinery.
- Breakdown analysis and trouble shooting of imported machinery by the help of manuals and
drawings with in the time period without effecting to the operations.
- Optimization of House Keeping team in maintaining the facility clean and neat.
- Designed, installing of several project executions, to drive brand presence.
- Created new cost approval process to streamline vendor payments and cost tracking.
- Partnered with audit team to develop recent project tracking processes to protect financial and tax
liability.
- Maintenance & trouble shooting of D.G. set 250 KVA,
centrifugal pumps & basic electrical related
problems.
- Planning for preventive maintenance and schedule.
- Maintaining minimum inventory consumable stock/packaging material.
- Preparing energy conservation data/breakdown analysis.
- Monitoring spare cost incurred during maintenance month wise.
