Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Platform Engineer / Data Quality Administrator specializing in the Ataccama ONE platform. In this role, you will own the end-to-end administration, infrastructure health, and performance tuning of our enterprise Data Quality Center (DQC) setting. This position requires a strong technical background in Linux systems and Java Virtual Machine (JVM) tuning, combined with disciplined operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. - Manage day-to-day platform administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Ataccama ONE platform and DQC components.
2. - Troubleshoot complex database connections, platform outages, performance degradation, and API integration bottlenecks.
3. - Perform critical infrastructure tasks including server administration (Linux/Windows), JVM tuning, and memory management optimization.
4. - Handle enterprise disaster recovery (DR) execution, backup procedures, and restore verification.
5. - Adhere strictly to ITIL operational workflows including incident, problem, and change management via ITSM ticketing tools (ServiceNow).
6. - Maintain infrastructure alignment with regulatory audit standards and GxP compliance protocols where applicable.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications:

- 3 to 8 years of total IT experience, with a dedicated focus on Ataccama platform administration and infrastructure support.
2. - Deep, hands-on knowledge of Ataccama ONE and Data Quality Center architecture.
3. - Solid experience in Linux or Windows server environments, including shell scripting and node management.
4. - Demonstrated proficiency with JVM tuning, heap dump analysis, and platform resource optimization.
5. - Proven familiarity with enterprise change control environments and ServiceNow ticketing platforms.
6. - Strong problem-solving communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional data practices and middleware groups.

Nice to Have:

1. - Exposure to containerized setups utilizing Docker and Kubernetes clusters.
2. - Foundational understanding of cloud ecosystems (AWS or Azure).
3. - Relevant Ataccama administrator certifications.
