Data Engineering Lead

We are looking for a Data Engineering Lead to act as the bridge between global leadership and offshore teams, ensuring clear communication, smooth execution, and early identification of risks or issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead coordination between leadership and distributed data teams
- Provide mentorship and support to engineers and analysts across pods
- Drive Agile delivery as Scrum Master / Delivery Lead
- Ensure effective collaboration across engineering, governance, analytics, and reporting teams
- Maintain consistency in data definitions, modeling practices, and reporting outputs

Preferred Skills

- Experience leading global or offshore data delivery teams
- Strong Agile / Scrum experience
- Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, dbt,



and governance tools such as Microsoft Purview
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills

Work location: Chennai

Experience: 16-20 years
