We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) with 14+ years of experience to lead the organization's public relations, corporate communications, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a positive corporate image, managing media relations, handling crisis communication, and strengthening relationships with government authorities, industry bodies, customers, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive public relations and corporate communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with media, journalists, government officials, regulatory authorities, and industry associations.
- Prepare and review press releases, media statements, speeches, newsletters, and corporate communication materials.
- Coordinate media interactions, press conferences, interviews, and public events.
- Monitor media coverage and manage the organization's public image across print, digital, and social media platforms.




- Lead crisis communication efforts and provide timely responses to sensitive issues.
- Liaise with government departments to obtain necessary approvals, licenses, and statutory clearances when required.
- Manage corporate branding initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
- Organize corporate events, product launches, CSR activities, exhibitions, and stakeholder engagement programs.
- Represent the organization in meetings with external agencies, government bodies, and business partners.
- Collaborate with internal departments including HR, Legal, Marketing, and Business Heads to ensure effective communication.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend strategies to enhance the organization's reputation.
- Manage PR agencies and external communication partners, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Prepare periodic reports on PR activities, media coverage, and communication effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide junior communication professionals.
