Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure conformance with quality standards.
- Perform regular inspections using tools like CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines), micrometers, and visual inspections to ensure parts meet the specifications and tolerances.
- CMM Machine - Hexagon, software - PC -DMIS CAD 2025.2(Release)
- Develop and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) based on analysis of quality issues and ensure that corrective actions are carried out and effective.
- Track the effectiveness of corrective actions and ensure that quality issues do not recur.
- Evaluate and monitor supplier performance through regular supplier audits and quality assessments.
- Ensure that all incoming materials and components meet the required specifications through sampling, testing, and quality inspections.
- Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement improvements in material quality and delivery timelines.
- Respond to customer complaints and feedback related to product quality, conducting investigations and collaborating with other teams to resolve issues.
- Analyze customer returns data and warranty claims to identify quality trends and potential improvements to products or processes.
- Ensure that customers receive timely updates on quality issues and corrective actions.
- Provide training to production and engineering staff on quality standards, inspection procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of quality by promoting best practices,



continuous improvement initiatives, and adherence to the quality management system.
- Conduct regular quality training sessions and ensure that employees understand their role in maintaining product quality.
- Ensure the organizations QMS is compliant with ISO 9001:2015 standards and effectively implemented across all departments.
- Ensure document control procedures are followed, including maintaining records of audits, inspections, CAPA actions, and other quality-related activities.

Requirement:

- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Quality Engineering in a manufacturing or production workplace.
- Hands-on experience with quality systems management, auditing, compliance monitoring, and root cause analysis.
- Experience with internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 or other quality standards.
- Experience with corrective action (CAPA) processes, including identifying issues, developing solutions, and tracking effectiveness.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software and tools,



Excel for data analysis and process control.
- Familiarity with quality control tools such as SPC (Statistical Process Control), FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Pareto analysis.
- Knowledge of measurement and testing instruments, including micrometers, calipers, CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines), and other precision measuring tools.
- Conduct visual and physical inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Experience with supplier quality managementevaluating, auditing, and collaborating with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
- Identify and document non-conformities in products and materials and work with the production team to address issues.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring that quality standards are met consistently across production, testing, and inspection processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges related to design, manufacturability, or CNC machining processes.
- Attention to detail, ensuring designs and CNC programs are accurate and optimized for production.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with designers, engineers, machine operators, and quality control teams.
- Understanding of workplace safety protocols and the ability to ensure that quality processes do not compromise safety standards.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.
