Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Chennai - Packaging

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales professional from the corrugated box / packaging industry to drive B2B sales, develop recent clients, and manage existing key accounts in the Chennai region.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in corrugated box, carton box, and packaging solutions.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B clients across manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceutical, automotive, logistics, and other industries.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close business deals.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Conduct regular market visits, client meetings,



and competitor analysis.
- Maintain sales reports, pipeline, and CRM updates.

Required Experience & Skills

- 4 - 8 years of sales experience in the corrugated box, packaging, or paper products industry.
- Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of corrugated boxes will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally within Pune and nearby industrial areas.

Education

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred)
- Currently working in the corrugated box, packaging, or paper products manufacturing industry.
- Experience in handling industrial/B2B clients.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
