DKey Responsibilities:

- Conduct risk assessments, maintain the Risk Register, and train employees on hazard identification and reporting.
- Ensure legal compliance by maintaining the Legal Register and escalating non-compliances.
- Perform safety walks, observations, self-inspections, and ensure timely closure of findings in the Salus system.
- Promote near-miss reporting, investigate incidents, prepare RCAs, implement corrective actions, and share learnings.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, food safety practices, HSMS, engineering, electrical safety, and SOPs.
- Maintain HSE documentation, records, checklists, and statutory compliance.
- Plan and deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, campaigns, and training as per the training matrix.




- Verify calibration of critical equipment and monitor PPE compliance across sites.
- Track HSE audit findings, safety declarations, mobilization requirements, and subcontractor compliance.
- Coordinate with site teams, clients, vendors, and regional stakeholders to close safety observations, SNAGs, and audit findings.
- Support emergency preparedness, mock drills, BCP reviews, audits, SOP reviews, and HSE reporting (MMR/QBR).
