Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver Biology lessons in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and practical laboratory activities.
- Assess, evaluate, and monitor student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress.
- Create a secure and engaging classroom and laboratory environment.
- Encourage critical thinking, scientific inquiry, and problem-solving skills.
- Guide students in projects, science exhibitions,



and competitions.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school events.
- Ensure proper maintenance and safe use of laboratory equipment and materials.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Zoology, Botany, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and educational technology.
