Roles & Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to understand their network infrastructure, cybersecurity requirements, business objectives, and compliance needs.
- Design end-to-end Network and Security solutions for enterprise customers, including campus, branch, data center, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Prepare High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), Solution Architecture Documents, BOMs, BOQs, and technical proposals.
- Work closely with the sales team to qualify opportunities, define solution strategies, and support customer engagements throughout the sales cycle.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with technically accurate and commercially competitive solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations, solution demonstrations, customer workshops, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Recommend and position solutions across Routing & Switching, Wireless, SD-WAN, Network Access Control (NAC), Firewalls, VPN, Load Balancing, and Network Management.
- Design and position cybersecurity solutions including NGFW, IPS/IDS, WAF, SASE, SSE, ZTNA, IAM, PAM, SIEM, SOC, XDR,



EDR, DLP, Email Security, Cloud Security, Vulnerability Management, and Managed Security Services.
- Collaborate with OEMs, distributors, and internal delivery teams for solution validation, sizing, licensing, pricing, and implementation planning.
- Develop compliance matrices, Statements of Work (SOWs), effort estimates, and implementation handover documentation.
- Provide technical guidance during bid management, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across networking, security, cloud, data center, and managed services portfolios.
- Stay updated with the latest networking technologies, cybersecurity trends, OEM product portfolios, and industry best practices.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
