Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer to design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade solutions on the Salesforce platform. In this role, you will transition complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end development (Apex, LWC, Integrations), driving engineering best practices, managing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring our platform architecture scales cleanly while leveraging modern Data and AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Custom Development: Design and develop highly scalable, robust custom solutions using advanced Apex (Asynchronous processing, Batch, Queueable, Enterprise Design Patterns) and up-to-date Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Integration Engineering: Architect and implement secure, real-time inbound and outbound integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, JWT/OAuth 2.0, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture (CDC).
- Architecture & Scale: Enforce strict governor limit management and code bulkification practices. Design custom schemas and optimize performance for Large Data Volumes (LDV).
- Declarative Governance: Guide the team on code vs. low-code governance, building complex Record-Triggered Flows and extending automation using Invocable Apex rather than writing heavy triggers from scratch.
- Modern Stack Exposure: Participate in the implementation and technical mapping of Salesforce Data Cloud data streams and customize autonomous actions for Agentforce AI agents.




- Release Management: Own the source-driven development lifecycle using SFDX/Salesforce CLI, Git branching strategies, and automated CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset, or GitHub Actions).
- Technical Leadership: Lead technical design reviews, conduct rigorous code reviews to eliminate technical debt, and mentor junior-to-mid level developers within the sprint team.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 5 to 12 years of dedicated experience in Salesforce application development.
- Programmatic Core: Advanced proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript (ES6+), LWC, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of core platform architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Data & Middleware: Strong background in relational database concepts, data modeling, and web services integration. Familiarity with middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) is a plus.
- Methodology: Experience operating independently within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) & Platform Developer II (PD2) — Required
- Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I — Preferred
- Tracking towards Architecture path: Integration Architecture Designer, Data Architecture Designer, or Data Cloud Consultant certifications are highly valued.
