Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receivable (AR) Freshers to join our Finance & Accounting team. This is an excellent prospect for recent graduates to start their careers in finance and gain hands-on experience in invoice processing, payment management, customer billing, and account reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP)

- Process vendor invoices accurately and within defined timelines.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and supporting documents.
- Assist in vendor account reconciliation and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Prepare payment requests and support payment processing.
- Maintain AP records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors for invoice-related queries.

Accounts Receivable (AR)





- Generate customer invoices and ensure timely billing.
- Record customer payments and apply cash receipts accurately.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and support collections activities.
- Perform customer account reconciliations.
- Resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with customers and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate AR records and documentation.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables is an added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with attention to detail.

Educational Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Candidates with internship experience in Finance & Accounting are preferred.
