Senior Project Manager / Project Head (IT)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Head to lead complex, high-impact digital initiatives within the BFSI or Healthcare sectors. You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, stakeholder management, and driving technical excellence across cross-functional global teams.

This is a hybrid role designed to offer maximum flexibility. While you will work remotely for the majority of your time aligned with European working hours, you will be tied to one of our regional hubs in Chennai, Hyderabad, or Bangalore for occasional in-person collaboration, strategic meetings, and team alignment.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership: Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables align with business objectives, budget constraints, and stringent compliance requirements.
- Sector Expertise: Leverage deep domain knowledge in BFSI or Healthcare IT to navigate regulatory environments and complex system integrations.
- Global Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for European clients; translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and manage expectations across diverse time zones.
- Execution & Quality:



Drive Agile/Waterfall methodologies to ensure timely delivery while maintaining high standards for software quality and security.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Hybrid Work Policy

- Versatile Remote: Work from home for the majority of the week, synchronized with Central European Time (CET).
- Hub Collaboration: Visit your designated base office (Chennai, Hyderabad, or Bangalore) 2 to 4 days per month (or as required for critical project milestones, client visits, or quarterly planning).

Required Qualifications & Skills

- - Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of managing large-scale projects in BFSI (Core Banking, Fintech, Compliance) or Healthcare (EHR, HIPAA/GDPR, Telemedicine).
- Technical Acumen: Ability to converse with engineering teams on architectural choices, cloud migration, and data security.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, cultural intelligence for European engagement, and the ability to operate autonomously in a hybrid setting.

Compensation

- Package: 40 LPA 75 LPA (commensurate with experience and domain expertise).
