We are looking for a dynamic and process-oriented HR Generalist to manage our day-to-day human resource functions. The ideal candidate will handle the complete employee lifecycle from sourcing and structured onboarding to employee relations, statutory compliance, and payroll coordination. You will act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and ensure smooth, compliant HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, panel scheduling, and salary negotiation) using top job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) and ATS tools to minimize time-to-hire.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee joining documentation, induction coordination, background verification (BGV), and smooth exit formalities including full and final (F&F;) settlements.
- HR Operations & MIS: Maintain accurate digital employee records, manage the HRIS platform, and update monthly HR MIS reports .
- Employee Engagement & Relations: Act as a neutral point for grievance handling, manage proactive conflict resolution, and execute employee engagement initiatives and pulse surveys to boost retention.
- Performance Management: Coordinate annual and mid-year appraisal timelines, document feedback, and assist managers in implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in HR Generalist or HR Recruitment.
Education: Any Graduate or a related Master's degree is preferred.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables for reporting) and hands-on experience with HRIS/ATS tools .
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Tamil ; Proficiency in Hindi will be an added advantage .
