Job Description:

- Must be familiar and Good knowledge in product mechanical & technical aspects.
- Able to Understand engineering calculations (torque capacity, thermal load, wear analysis)
- Able to understand basic working principal of transmission Components including gear box.
- Good understanding on tolerance stack-up and fitment analysis.
- valuable knowledge in steel material Properties & technical design calculation.
- Has ability to conceptually the design from scratch.
- Checking the Design/Drawings interms of Fit,Form,Function,Manufacturing and Assembly
- Experience with validation processes such as FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and DVP&R; (Design Validation Plan and Report) is often required.
- Able to Perform structural, thermal, and fluid dynamics simulations to validate designs.




- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, testing.
- Support prototype development and testing.
- Collaborate with customer to meet specific performance needs
- Work with manufacturing team to improve design for manufacturability
- Basic understanding & selection of engineering material
- Project tracking to meet the milestones.

Domain Experience.: Automobile / Off highway vehicles / Gear Box / Clutch Manufacturing Preferred Product Experience Basic working principal of clutch system in the transmission & gear box system.
