Role: Telecom Analyst / Telecom Engineer
Experience: 5-8 Years
Location: Pan India
Role Overview: The Telecom Analyst/Engineer will be responsible for deploying and supporting enterprise telephony solutions across Webex Calling and MS Teams Voice. The role involves customer-facing collaboration,
advanced troubleshooting, and site telephony builds for Real Estate and M&A; projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business contacts to determine telephony requirements
- Compile requirements into deployment-ready formats
- Build Cisco hard phones and softphones in WebEx Control Hub
- Configure voicemail boxes and hunt groups
- Support MS Teams Voice deployments
- Act as a customer-facing liaison, working closely with Voice Analysts to align telephony needs with business objectives
