Roles & Responsibilities: Assistant Manager will be responsible for:

2. Able to plan material requirement & Procurement of Material

3. Recent Customer Development

4. Able to Handle Customer Complaint Effectively and give Feedback to Customer

5. Able to Material Planning Vs Timely Dispatch

6. Customer Schedule and Forecast

7.



Quotation and Price Negotiation

8. Daily Plan Vs Actual Dispatch

9. Able to Make RO,PO,DO as per customer Schedule

10. Knowledge of job work material

11. Knowledge of Cost analysis/Costing

12. Able to determine Customer Requirements

13. Able to follow-up with Customer for Payment

14. Able for Sales Plan.

15. Full knowledge of Steel Market of Product

16 Customer Relationship Management

17 Able to plan Customer Schedule and Supply

18 Inter department (Internal) coordination For RM & Sale material/Part
