Role & responsibilities

The Control Tower Executive centrally monitors and coordinates pan-India diagnostic sample movement. Similar to a logistics or quick-commerce control tower, this role provides continuous, real-time tracking of sample life cycles: collection completion, transit paths, next-step routing, and final delivery at processing hubs.

Operating under tight time constraints, you will proactively identify delays or operational exceptions, execute immediate corrective actions, and escalate risks to secure strict Turnaround Time (TAT) adherence.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates should demonstrate a foundational understanding of:

- First-mile, middle-mile, and last-mile pickup and delivery flows.

- Shipment/order tracking mechanisms and fleet/vehicle monitoring.

- TAT, SLA, SOP, and FIFO methodologies.

- Exception management, escalation matrices, and hub operations.

Mandatory Requirements

- Experience:



Proven track record in logistics tracking, quick-commerce operations, supply chain, or centralized command-centre environments.

- Language & Communication: Robust Hindi communication skills with the confidence to coordinate, direct, and follow up with pan-India field teams.

- Operational Rigour: Comfortable handling multiple live cases simultaneously under intense time pressure.

- Technical Literacy: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and automated reporting tools.

- Flexibility & Shift Demands:

- Comfortable working early-morning and late-evening shifts.

- Comfortable working a 6-day work week with rotational weekly offs.

- Location: Willingness to work on-site at NRL, Kelambakkam.
