Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution of civil and structural works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to construction schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for timely completion of work.
- Conduct site inspections and identify technical issues, proposing suitable solutions.
- Verify and certify contractor measurements and work completion status.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and company construction guidelines.
- Monitor usage of construction materials and minimize wastage.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for quality inspections and testing activities.
- Ensure implementation of safety procedures and statutory requirements at the site.
- Review and maintain site documentation, drawings, and records.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide project status updates.
- Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and execution strategies.
- Liaise with government authorities and consultants whenever required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.




- 3 8 years of experience in residential, commercial, mixed-use, or high-rise real estate projects.
- Robust knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and project execution.
- Familiarity with IS Codes, building regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
