Key Responsibilities

- Design and lead end-to-end data architecture using Databricks Lakehouse.
- Define and implement Lakehouse / Medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
- Architect scalable batch and real-time data pipelines using Apache Spark and Databricks.
- Establish data modelling standards (conceptual, logical, physical).
- Implement data governance, security, and compliance using Unity Catalog, RBAC, and data lineage.
- Optimize data performance, scalability, and cost across cloud environments.




- Enable advanced analytics and ML use cases using MLflow and Feature Store.
- Collaborate with cloud, analytics, and business teams to align data strategy.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to data engineering teams.
- Review architecture designs and enforce best practices across projects.
