Experience: Freshers (2025 & 2026 Pass-outs)
CTC: 3.6 LPA
Location: Tamil Nadu

Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Program

- Selected candidates will undergo a 1-year Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Program with structured training and on-the-job learning.
- After successful completion of the training program, candidates will be deployed to one of the following departments based on business requirements, performance, aptitude, and skill assessment:
- Design
- Project Management
- Site Operations
- Factory Operations
- Sales
- Marketing
- Procurement

Employment Terms





- Service Agreement (Bond): 3 Years
- Retention Bonus: 5,000, payable upon successful completion of the 3-year service agreement.

Eligibility

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- Strong technical fundamentals and a willingness to learn.
- Positive communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel or relocate based on project and business requirements.
