Roles & Responsibilities

- - Act as a Process Coach for the AR and Payment Posting process.
- - Train, coach, and mentor associates on AR and Payment Posting concepts, process guidelines, and client requirements.
- - Provide floor support and resolve process-related queries and escalations.
- - Monitor team productivity and quality against defined targets.
- - Identify performance gaps and conduct refresher training sessions.
- - Ensure adherence to client guidelines, SOPs, and Internal & External SLAs.
- - Track and maintain productivity and quality reports.
- - Work closely with Team Leads and Operations to improve team performance.
- - Follow company policies and maintain process discipline.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- - Minimum 4+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) with Payment Posting experience in US Healthcare RCM.
- - Strong knowledge of AR Follow-up, Payment Posting, EOB/ERA processing, Denial Management, and RCM concepts.
- - Experience in training, coaching, floor support, and query handling.
- - Valuable communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- - Strong reporting and mentoring skills.
- - Immediate joiners preferred.
- - Willing to work in Night Shift (Chennai Location).
