Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Odoo Developer with 13 years of experience to join our ERP team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Odoo development, customization, module creation, API integrations, and troubleshooting. The developer will work closely with functional consultants and business users to design, develop, implement, and maintain Odoo ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements.
- Build new Odoo applications from scratch.
- Customize existing Odoo Enterprise and Community modules.
- Develop reports using QWeb.
- Create and customize PDF reports, invoices, quotations, and labels.
- Develop custom dashboards and views.
- Create Wizards and Scheduled (Cron) Jobs.
- Design and maintain PostgreSQL databases.
- Develop REST APIs and integrate third-party systems.
- Integrate payment gateways, biometric devices, attendance systems, WhatsApp APIs, SMS gateways, and other external services.
- Import and export data using CSV, Excel, XML, and APIs.
- Debug and resolve technical issues.
- Optimize application performance.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and testing.
- Work with Git for version control.
- Deploy and maintain applications on Linux servers.
- Assist in ERP implementation and user support.
- Provide technical documentation.

- 1–3 years of Odoo development experience.
- Experience with at least one full Odoo implementation.
