Job Summary

We are hiring a skilled Breakfast & Pastry Chef to join a well-established caf in Oman. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Gulf caf s and be proficient in preparing croissants, pastries, desserts, and up-to-date breakfast dishes. Strong teamwork, food quality control, and hygiene standards are essential.
Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes at assigned kitchen stations as per standard recipes

- Prepare desserts and pastries , including croissants

- Create modern breakfast dishes using croissants, eggs, and other ingredients

- Ensure food quality, presentation, taste, and portion control

- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team for smooth operations

- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times

- Assist in training junior kitchen staff

- Support inventory control and proper storage of ingredients





Salary:45000 INR Per Month

Requirements

- Minimum 2 + year experience as a Chef

- Mandatory Gulf caf experience (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, or Oman)

- Strong skills in breakfast items, pastries, and desserts

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced caf environment

- Advanced English communication skills

- Physically fit, well-groomed, and hygiene-conscious

- Team player with a positive work attitude

- Gender: Male
