Job Description

- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Manage HR operations, payroll, talent acquisition, and talent management functions effectively.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Utilize HRIS, ATS, and other recruitment tools for sourcing and marketing positions.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and reports to assist in decision-making at various levels.
- Lead ad hoc projects related to recruitment process improvements and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders for successful project implementations and business partnering.
- Design and execute recruitment campaigns for diverse audiences at all levels.
- Create sustainable talent acquisition strategies and policies to support organizational expansion.
- Maintain documentation and records related to recruitment processes and budget management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment processes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in recruitment processes and skill development.
- Drive recruitment marketing efforts, employment branding, and digital hiring strategies.
- Participate in job fairs, events, and campus programs to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Demonstrate expertise in workforce planning,



forecasting, and resource management for recruitment timelines.
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for leadership and executive roles with a focus on candidate experience.
- Spearhead recruitment process improvements and implement new initiatives for effective hiring.
