Job summary:

The Executive Retail Sales will be responsible for acquiring and managing retail & SME customers for BVC Logistics. The role includes field sales, customer relationship management, and driving adoption of the company wallet system for smooth customer transactions.

Chance details:

- Generate new retail and SME business opportunities
- Conduct field visits and client meetings within assigned territory
- Drive onboarding and usage of the wallet system among small customers
- Support customers with wallet activation, recharge, and transaction usage
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service satisfaction
- Coordinate with operations teams for smooth service delivery
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets

Exposure needed:

- Graduate in any discipline
- 14 years of experience in retail sales, field sales, logistics, courier, banking, or fintech sales
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Knowledge of local market preferred
