R Recruiter Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate interview processes.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Coordinate offer roll-out, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate database.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Verify candidate documents and employment details.
- Prepare recruitment reports, hiring status reports, and MIS.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support onboarding activities and current employee documentation.
- Meet recruitment targets within defined timelines.
