- Oversee injection molding production processes to ensure quality products are delivered on time.
- Manage daily shift operations, including manpower handling, process improvement initiatives, and rejection control.
- Develop and implement effective production plans to meet customer demands while minimizing waste and optimizing efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes using tools like ABS, PP, PA, OEE, Root Cause Analysis, 5S System, Kaizen.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all aspects of production.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in plastic injection molding supervision or similar role.
- Robust understanding of injection moulding techniques and materials (ABS/PP/PA).
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively.
