At Aham Housing Finance, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Business Head to lead our business across key markets.

Role: Regional Business Head
Locations: Chennai, Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive regional business growth and achieve disbursement & revenue targets
• Lead and manage branch teams, ensuring productivity and performance
• Develop strong sourcing channels including DSAs and connectors
• Oversee portfolio quality, compliance, and risk management
• Strengthen customer relationships and ensure high service standards
• Plan and execute regional sales and marketing strategies





Ideal Candidate:
• Graduate (MBA preferred) with 10-12 years of experience in Housing Finance
• Robust exposure to affordable housing finance, mortgage lending, and secured loans
• Proven leadership experience in managing multiple branches/regions
• Strong understanding of credit, underwriting, and portfolio management
• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Willingness to travel across the region
