Hiring: Pre-DCR Engineer / Approval Drawings Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Pre-DCR Engineer with hands-on experience in preparing approval drawings and coordinating with architects and consultants. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of CMDA regulations, Development Control Rules (DCR), and the Pre-DCR/Single Window Portal submission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify approval drawings as per CMDA norms.
- Create and modify drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders for drawing approvals.
- Upload and manage drawings through the Pre-DCR / Single Window Portal (SWP).
- Maintain submission records, approval documents, and project files.




- Ensure compliance with CMDA norms, Development Control Rules (DCR), and Building Bye-laws.
- Support planning and execution of building approvals from concept to construction.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Experience with Pre-DCR or Single Window Portal (OSWP).
- Good understanding of CMDA approval process, DCR, and Building Bye-laws.
- Solid coordination and documentation skills.

Qualification

- ITI Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering / B.E. Civil Engineering.
