Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must Have

1. Demonstrate and must have a comprehensive understanding of operations on the AS/400 and AIX environments

2. Execute scripts during and after business hours for Oracle, AIX, SQL, .Net, Web Services and Java software

3. Troubleshoot P1, P2 middleware application related issues on the production environment by using WAS Logs on Unix 7.1 operating system setup.

4. Maintain comprehensive, timely, and accurate system logs and system reporting data to produce daily status reports.

5. Hardware experience includes IBM zSeries processors, IBM DS8000 storage arrays, and IBM TS7700 virtual tape grid with remote replication.

6. Experience with zOS JCL, JCL Prep, .Net, Web Services, TSO/ISPF, Windows, Unix/Linux, CA-7, Control-M, and Mainframe (IBM zSeries).

7. Hands on experience in Tivoli Work Scheduler (TWS) administration

8. Experience in troubleshooting of system fails, failed batch jobs, system errors, as needed to resume normal operations.

9. Must Have Job scheduling (TWS) and coordination experience with Various IT stockholders for successful job maintenance.

Must have a completed project in creation of batch jobs processing in TWS / IBM Workload scheduler

11. Provide L1 or L2 support for TWS job monitoring.

12. Install new IBM Scheduler agents upon business need and requests.

13. Monitor the Health of all servers with IWS agents installed and troubleshoot issues.

14. Manage IWS Scheduler 9.4

15. Create and Maintain Operational run books for distributed batch operations.

16. Addition/Modification of existing jobs

17. Backup/Export/Dump of TWS / IWS
